2006
USATF National Club Ekiden
(AKA Marathon Relay)
Championship
Hosted by the Colorado Colfax
Marathon in Denver

Four teams representing the Big Sky
Distance Project and the BSDP's sister club (Moving Comfort-Montana)
traveled to Denver for the competition.
|
Trip Theme: “Okay,
here’s the deal…”
Eleven of the team runners van-pooled to
Denver, intending to stay one night in Douglas, Wyoming on the way down,
but they drove on through after the manager of the local "Rat-Hole-Tel" said
“Okay, here’s the deal…” when explaining why there were no "non-smoking"
rooms available. |

at each exchange zone, and at the finish.
