2007 Ekiden Betting Pool
Big Sky Distance Project members placed their money where their mouths were by
wagering a dollar each to back up their time predictions. BSDP team times were
predicted as well as the winner of the battle between the teams Queen and King
of the hill. Queen Nicole ruled the hill in the race, but King Jeff collected
the spoils by prognosticating supremely. Prediction errors were unduly inflated
across the board as a result of the Marathon course being about
1K long.

The prediction contest also had a loser.
That disgrace was literally placed upon the head of Nikki Kimball who had to
accept the group's decision that she wear perfumed, sparkly lotion in a public
setting. You can't smell her here, but how does Nikki look in sparkles?
